Return Policy

General Return Policies

  • We accept returns for standard-size items (Dress US2–14, Shoes US5.5–9), excluding custom-made items.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Accepted reasons:
    • Don't like it
    • Wrong product, color, or size
    • Damaged item (including during shipping)
  • We do not support bulk purchasing with the intent to keep only one item. All products are made to order. If you only need one item, please order just one.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and have the Veaul brand tag attached.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid orders are canceled automatically after 7 days.
  • You can also cancel manually via My Account > My Orders.
  • Paid orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • If in production: 50% product refund + full shipping refund.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Return Process

  1. Submit a request via My Account > My Returns.
  2. Include explanation and photos.
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and Product Return Form.
  4. Ship items back within 7 business days and provide tracking number.
  5. Returns are processed within 24 hours after receipt.
  6. Refunds are issued within 20 days:
    • PayPal → refunded to PayPal
    • Credit Card → refunded to original card

Replacement or Refund

  • Please inspect your order before altering, washing, or removing tags.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with tags intact.

Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped Items:

  • Eligible for full refund.
  • If damaged during shipping, include “Proof of Damage” from the carrier.

Sizing Issues:

  • If actual size deviates by over 1 inch (3 cm):
    • Visit a local tailor and get 10% refund (receipt required), or
    • Return for free alteration (you cover shipping) — contact Support Tickets first.
  • If a custom size matches your order but doesn’t fit, return/exchange is not available. We suggest local tailoring.

Color Mismatch:

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects.
  • If the received color clearly differs from your selected option, please contact us.
  • Tip: To receive the product photo color, select “Same as first picture.”

Shipping Costs:

  • Non-refundable once shipped.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
